ANGEL FOOD CAKE WITH PINEAPPLE
It's not necessary to be a chef or even a cook to make this recipe. Try it once and you're stuck with it for a lifetime. It requires only a few minutes of your time and it is FAT free.
1 box (Duncan Hines) Angel Food cake mix
1 can (20 oz) crushed Pineapple in its juice
1-1/4 cups water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cake mix and water in large bowl at low speed until moistened (about 30 seconds). Beat at medium speed for 1 minute. DO NOT OVERBEAT. Pour into ungreased 9x13 baking pan. Spread crushed pineapple with its juice over top of cake mix. Bake 38 to 48 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool. Loosen edges careful with flat knife or spatula. Serve from baking pan.
