CARROT CAKE

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1-1/2 cups grated carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 green apples, minced

Sift together in a large mixing bowl flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl mix vegetable oil and sugar. Add all the eggs, one at a time. Stir together both mixtures and then add the remaining dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
