FLORIDIAN LONDON BROIL
2-1/2 to 3 pounds boneless beef steak
Salt and pepper
6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 small onion sliced
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 small clove garlic, crushed
Sprinkle beef lightly with salt and heavily with pepper. Marinade: Combine remaining ingredients in large shallow dish. Add beef and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Turn occasionally.
Grill over charcoal fire 4 inches from burning coals. Turn. Brushing with marinade, until desired degree of doneness is reach. Slice diagonally.
