1/2 c Powdered sugar
1c Cold butter (2 cubes)
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 c Fresh lemon Juice
2c sugar 1 tsp baking powder
Mix first 3 ingredients together in an electric mixer, until consistency of cornmeal. Press in bottom and sides of a 10 1/2" x 15 1/2" cookie sheet (jelly roll pan) and bake @ 350 degrees for 13 minutes.
While above is baking, combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour over partially baked crust and return to 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Loosen edges while hot and score top with a sharp knife, using a chopping motion. (Lift the knife after making each mark) Cut through the crust when cool.
