No-Cook Vanilla Ice Cream

IT'S HOT AND IT'S ICE CREAM TIME: Many folks are concerned about egg safety, especially if it's not cooked as an ingredient in homemade ice cream. This recipe doesn't use eggs. The mixture gets richness from sweetened condensed milk. This is a vanilla basic recipe. You can also try any delicious flavor of your choice, Chocolate, Peach, Strawberry, Coffee, Coconut, etc.

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 cups whole milk.

Whisk all ingredients in a 2-quart pitcher or large bowl until blended. Pour milk mixture into freezer container of a 1-quart electric ice-cream maker, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Remove container with ice cream from ice-cream maker, and place in freezer 15 minutes. Transfer to an airtight container; freeze until firm, about 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
