Rettie Belew's Peach Cobbler
My mother's peach cobbler recipe:   

1 stick of butter, melted
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 can (20 oz.) can sliced peaches (with heavy syrup)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, milk and salt. Add butter to casserole dish and pour mixture into dish. Place peaches on top and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
