The Best Peach Pie

1 egg

1/3 cup melted butter

1/3 cup self-rising flour

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 to 4 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

9-inch piecrust, unbaked

Combine the egg, butter, flour, sugar and vanilla extract. Place the sliced peaches in the bottom of the piecrust. Pour the mixture over the peaches.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown.
