Peanut Butter Fudge

This fudge recipe is quick to make and it's finger-licking-good.

2/3 cup evaporated milk

1-2/3 cups sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

1 (10-ounce) package peanut butter morsels

1/2 cup chopped peanuts

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes; remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients; stir until smooth. Pour into a greased 9-inch square pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
